Rich Morrison, corporate vice-president of government affairs for Florida Hospital and Adventist Health System, has been selected by the local and state chapters of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) as the Public Citizen of the Year. Morrison was selected because of his extensive work helping to create a better healthcare safety net for the uninsured through the Primary Care Access Network (PCAN).
