A hearty and very special thank you to Dr. Michael Albert of The Center for Colon and Rectal Surgery, for giving his time and effort to treat my patient who had a rapidly growing HGSIL. This patient was uninsured and of course, denied by Medicaid, despite several complicating health issues. As a health department patient there was no adequate funding for such a procedure. Untreated this lesion could have had life threatening consequences to this patient. Dr. Albert and his great staff had this patient efficiently treated at their own expense. I have not witnessed such generosity since coming to Central Florida many years ago. Words cannot express my gratitude.
