The Shermen Group, a development firm with offices in New York, Boston, and Celebration, FL, recently announced its plans to build the Osceola Medical Center (OMC) in Celebration. Construction on the 90,000 square foot, Class A medical office facility will begin this June, and the complex will be operational in February 2008. The new building sits on a 7-acre site that offers ample parking for owners and visitors alike. This facility represents the last available medical entitlements in Celebration.
