PONTE HEALTH Heads to Closing 76.5 Acres in South Orlando

Tabitha Ponte, of PONTE HEALTH, did not stay quiet during Women in Construction Week and International Women's Day last week. Ponte Health Properties, LLC, the developer entity at PONTE HEALTH, is on schedule for a Closing transaction on 76.5 Acres at 12700 S Orange Ave, a part of the Southchase Land Use Plan (LUP), for the firm's development of ProsperPark One; the transaction is set to close within a week.

Located 2.7 miles from Orlando Health's new free standing ER in Kissimmee on Osceola Parkway, 6 miles from Lake Nona and the Orlando International Airport, and 14 miles from the Vertical Medical City site at 1000 N Orange Ave, ProsperPark One will be well positioned and including unmatched access from the Turnpike at the 417 on and off ramps -part still undergoing construction.
