Lake-Sumter Medical Society is seeking volunteers for the Central Florida Caucus at the Florida Medical Association's annual meeting. The 2017 event, August 4-6, invites FIVE physician members of the Lake-Sumter Medical Society to represent all physicians on the floor of the House of Medicine. The Central Florida Caucus consists of delegates from Lake-Sumter, Orange and Seminole County Medical Societies. You must be a member of both the county society and the Florida Medical Association to be qualified as a delegate. Interested? SAVE THE DATE! We Care of Lake County will have their 2nd Annual Starry Night Gala on August 25 at the Pavilion on the Lake in Tavares. VOLUNTEER DOCTORS are the "stars" of the night, so if you are a We Care volunteer, please come for a starry night of music, food and dancing!
