Bolay offers free food for nurses, doctors, and first responders and 25 percent off all hospitality team members. Serving their local communities Fresh, Bold Flavors via Take-Out, Curbside Pick Up and Free Delivery.

Bolay, a conglomerate of 15 restaurants in South and Central Florida, opened its doors in the spring of 2016. With a mission to inspire people to be the best versions of themselves through nutrient-rich, fresh food, Bolay's growth has been tremendous out of the gate. Being a 4-year-old start-up brand, to say Bolay hasn't been sent for a tailspin would be an understatement. "Preparing for a sudden pandemic is something I don't think anyone was or could have been fully prepared for," said CEO and Founder, Chris Gannon. "Hurricanes are what we know down here in Florida and they always come with somewhat of a heads up, but this, this is different."

With a constant change of direction, Bolay has had to pivot quickly, to ensure our Teams and our Guests are being provided the best food, in a safe environment, at the highest quality, the Bolay way.

“A core part of our ethos is to support our local community, and despite the uphill battle we are all fighting right now. We want to show our support to those who are seeing the impact first-hand,” Chris said. First responders which include law enforcement and health care workers, will all enjoy a complimentary small bowl on Wednesday, April 1st. (must show a valid id and available for take-out and curbside ordering only).

“We acknowledge the amount of pressure that has been put on these incredible members of our community and want to show our gratitude and appreciation. We recognize that they don’t have the safety net of working from home, and we believe it’s our duty to take care of those who take such great care of us.”

In another effort to boost the morale of those in the community, Bolay is also offering a 25 percent discount for hospitality team members on all take-out and curbside orders from Monday, March 30th to Friday, April 3rd. (must show a valid id and available for take-out and curbside ordering only).

“The impact the COVID-19 pandemic has made on our hospitality industry as a whole will be felt for years to come. Many restaurants have already closed their doors and hundreds have lost their jobs overnight with no way of making income elsewhere. The hospitality industry is what fuels our local economy and is the second largest provider of jobs in the United States. Our hearts are with everyone who is left without a job, and we look forward to recruiting some great talent when this is all over, Chris said.

Candidates can apply to Bolay’s leadership team by visiting bolay.com and filling out an application. Bolay has transformed its business model overnight to cater to the current times. With an innovative take-out, curbside pick-up, and free contactless delivery approach, Bolay has remained committed to providing its bold, fresh flavors, in an immaculate environment. Chris mentioned, “We realized quickly that our guests were not comfortable joining us for the traditional build-your-own bowl experience in our dining rooms and with the importance of abiding by the social distancing regulations we needed to find a way to continue doing what we love to do, serve guests great food,” Chris continues. “Bolay has always had the highest standards when it comes to cleanliness and food safety, and we have taken it up ten notches further. With handwashing timers going off for our team members every 30 minutes, to sanitizing common touchpoints throughout the dining rooms and kitchens constantly throughout the day. I am beyond impressed by how quickly our 900+ Team Members have adapted to our temporary situation and how their attitudes continue to bleed our culture. At a time like this, with so many unknowns, it's our culture that continues to strengthen and the All-In spirit really shines. I know this is something we will overcome and be stronger because of it. As we say - Bolay All Day!"

Bolay takes a fast-casual approach to fresh, bold and flavorful food that invigorates the palate.
