ORLANDO — Ponte Health welcomes Frank Ricci in joining the Vertical Medical City real estate team.  

Frank Ricci, a Winter Park veteran with over 30 years of Healthcare Development and Real Estate Brokerage experience, principal of Healthcare Realty & Development Services, LLC, has partnered with Ponte Health Properties, LLC, for the pre-construction commercial leasing strategy development and its implementation for Vertical Medical City - Orlando.  

The 35-story Vertical Medical City - Orlando will have : 

• Approximately 150,000 SF of Medical and Specialty Services spaces 
• Approximately 100,000 sf of Medical Lab, Diagnostic and Surgery spaces 

• Approximately 25,000 of Medical Research Spaces 
• Approximately 868 units of Senior Living, Memory Care, and Special Care 
• Approximately 75,000 of Urban Farm and Rooftop Garden for true farm-to-table 

The team’s strategy is to create the best geriatric medical environment anywhere in the United States to serve residents and outpatients, ages 60 and over, in their spectrum of need with regards to their health, while creating the best opportunities for research and development on premises to include cross-disciplinary collaborations, development for deployment, and implementation.
