Healthcare system among the top 25 in the state  

Orlando Health has been named by Forbes as one of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2020! The healthcare system came in at number 24 in Florida, out of 100 employers. The rankings were based on feedback from a survey of 80,000 Americans who work for businesses with a minimum of 500 employees. Forbes partnered with Statista, a provider of market and consumer data, to conduct the survey from October 2019 to May 2020. 

“We are so proud of the culture we have created at Orlando Health, and we continue to work hard every day to ensure that our team members feel respected, supported and valued,” said Karen Frenier, vice president, Human Resources. “This achievement reflects our efforts to be the best place to work, which is one of our strategic imperatives.” 

In the anonymous surveys, participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family as well as evaluate other organizations in their region and respective industries. The assessments also analyzed company atmosphere, image, working conditions, salaries and diversity.  

This is the second consecutive year that Orlando Health was named to the Forbes Best-In-State Employers list.
