True Health Appoints CFO

Central Florida Family Health Center, Inc. d/b/a True Health announces the appointment of Glenn Pelkey as its new Chief Financial Officer beginning January 1, 2021. 

 

Mr. Pelkey joined True Health in April 2020 as the organization’s Controller. He has over 33 years of experience in healthcare finance, 25 of which were spent serving in the CFO role at long term acute care, rehabilitation, and psychiatric hospitals in both Southern and Northern California. Additionally, Mr. Pelkey has also worked in the non-profit sector as the CFO of Sonoma County Indian Health Project, Inc., an Indian Health Service organization.

 

Mr. Pelkey believes that managing the strength of the revenue cycle is the key to creating positive cash flow, along with controlling expenses. He is a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY where he attained his bachelor of science in accounting.  

 

As CFO, Mr. Pelkey will provide strategic financial oversight to True Health’s growing operations, and he will be an asset to the executive leadership team.
