Aviv Clinics Opens First U.S. Scientific Medical Center of Its Kind in Central Florida, Appoints Head of Business Development

SUMTER COUNTY – Today, following Aviv Clinics’ recent Central Florida medical center opening, the world leader in treating the aging process by enhancing brain performance, announces Glenn Colarossi has been appointed Head of Business Development. 

“As we continue to expand Aviv Clinics, Glenn’s extensive experience in leading businesses through growth phases and building strategic partnerships, both locally and nationally, will be integral,” says David Globig, CEO of Aviv Clinics-Florida. “While the immediate focus is the Florida market, we’re supporting global development toward a worldwide network of medical centers.”

A veteran in the health, wellness, spa and aging industries, Colarossi brings more than 25 years of experience to Aviv Clinics. Colarossi’s professional path includes owner, operator and consultant to major health clubs and spas – including The Downtown Athletic Club in Miami, Florida and Landmark Athletic Club in Stamford, Connecticut. His expertise has served to develop global hospitality brand concepts, such as the WestinWORKOUT for Starwood Hotels. In addition to the Connecticut Governor’s Council on Fitness, Colarossi is a former advisory board member for the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA)American Council on Exercise (ACE), American College of Sports Medicine, Health Fitness Journal (ACSM) and the Keiser Institute on Aging. He also participated in the Mini–White House Conference on Aging.
