The new Clermont Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) has moved approximately three miles from the previous location (New address: 3200 Citrus Tower Blvd., Clermont, FL 34711).

 The new Clermont CBOC is now open for business! The clinic provides 10,500 net square feet of space, which is double the size of the previous Clermont CBOC. Services provided at the clinic include primary care, mental health, a dedicated women’s health area, telehealth rooms and a lab area.
