Cigna Expands its 2019 Medicare Advantage Plans in Florida To Include the Greater Orlando Area

Global health service company Cigna (NYSE: CI) today announced it will now offer its highly-rated Medicare Advantage plans in the Orlando metropolitan area. In addition to the already available Medicare Supplement and Part D offerings, people eligible for Medicare in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Seminole counties will have the opportunity to choose Cigna's Medicare Advantage plans during the Annual Election Period (AEP), which begans Oct. 15 and continues through Dec. 7.

  • $0 primary doctor copay
  • $0 cost for preventive care services
  • Prescription drug coverage
  • Preventive and comprehensive dental services coverage
  • Vision and hearing services
  • Fitness program
  • Allowance for over-the-counter items
  • Car transportation to and from medical appointments and/or pharmacy
  • 24-hour health information line
