A reporter from Bloomberg News, whom the Association of Independent Doctors has been working with on a story about private equity's impact on the health-care market, is looking for any ophthalmologists, anesthesiologists, dentists or urologists who were pressured by private equity firms to sell their practices or groups -- whether they sold or not. The reporter is also interested in talking to doctors who have sold to private equity firms or worked for them and felt pressure to perform procedures that were unnecessary or were told to practice medicine at all differently.
