PONTE HEALTH, a Healthcare Real Estate Development Firm delivering turnkey facilities to physicians and physician groups, has been working with Dr. M for over a year, and they are making headway toward breaking ground this coming summer in a new state of the art facility to be located in Osceola County. "MMG", as the project is titled through design, will be a new Boutique Urgent Care and Medical Office building extending a new and different option for health care to Osceola County residents, and especially to its Latino community.
Dr. M, originally form Puerto Rico, wants to offer her Kissimmee/St. Cloud and Poinciana communities the best of her emergency medicine skills.
MMG, which OMN previously covered (https://www.orlandomedicalnews.com/ponte-health-unveils-concept-design-of-first-medical-facility-to-house-mmg-emergency-physicians-cms-1403) and which will be renamed before opening, will be the first Sustainable and Smart Medical Facility for Osceola County, seeking LEED Gold and other Certifications, plus offering other Smart Features and Services for its customers.

The MMG Project is moving forward on its new 3-Acre location at Shady Lane nearby the Turnpike, land purchase recently closed on by Dr. M with the firm's assistance in acquisitions led by Jorge Benavides.
The project's design team is led by Ponte Health, P.A. (pontehealth.com/) as Architect of Record, and retains Stack Rock Group (stackrockgroup.com/) as Landscape Architect, Paul J. Ford (pauljford.com/) as Structural Engineer, and Shamrock Engineering (shamrockengineering.com/) as MEP/FP Engineer; the team has yet to retain and is looking for its Civil Engineering Firm for the project.
